  • Our cameras integrate with the HiEasy mobile application for live viewing, playback, and recording.
  • We do not own or control the HiEasy platform.
  • App availability, features, updates, and cloud services are managed by the app developer.
  • We are not responsible for any downtime, bugs, data loss, or service interruptions caused by the app.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility.
  • We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or user negligence.

4. Warranty Policy (1 Year)

  • All products carry 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does NOT cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Water damage (unless product is IP-rated and properly installed)
    • Power surge damage
    • Improper installation
    • Tampering or modification
  • Repair or replacement will be at company discretion.

5. Installation Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect wiring, power supply issues, or third-party accessories.

6. Internet Dependency

  • Camera performance depends on internet speed, stability, and network quality.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by slow internet, ISP outages, or SIM network failure.

7. Data Storage

  • Recordings may be stored locally (SD card/NVR) or on cloud (if supported by app).
  • We do not guarantee permanent data retention.
  • Users must regularly back up important footage.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for:
    • Loss of data
    • Theft or crimes despite camera presence
    • Business loss or interruption
    • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the product purchase value.
