Return & Refund Policy

As a leading solution provider of electronic security and safety equipment in India since 2000, we are committed to delivering high-quality products backed by reliable service and support. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from E-vision may be returned or refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The incorrect product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included

Products showing signs of installation, usage, tampering, or physical damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Software, licenses, or activated digital products
  • Custom-configured or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective on arrival)

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone with order details
  2. Share images or videos clearly showing the issue
  3. Receive confirmation and return instructions from E-vision

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, E-vision will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment
  • Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification

If the product is eligible only for replacement, a refund will not be issued.

Replacement Policy

E-vision offers replacement instead of refund wherever applicable.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Only one replacement is allowed per order

Shipping & Inspection

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery
  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty are not eligible for return or refund.
Warranty-related issues must be addressed as per the warranty terms provided with the product.
