At E-vision, we aim to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of electronic security and safety equipment to our customers across India. With over two decades of experience since 2000, we follow professional shipping practices backed by quality control and customer support.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship products across India
  • Deliveries are made to serviceable pin codes through trusted logistics partners
  • In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, our team will inform you before order confirmation

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Custom-configured or special-order products may require additional processing time

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout
  • Charges may vary based on product size, weight, delivery location, and shipping method
  • Any additional charges for special handling will be communicated in advance

Packaging & Product Safety

  • All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit
  • Fragile and high-value items are packed using industry-standard protective materials
  • Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
  • Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at checkout
  • For large or heavy equipment, delivery is limited to the building entrance unless otherwise specified

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing:

  • Inform E-vision customer support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product
  • Do not install or use the product until the issue is resolved

All such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Installation & Service

  • Shipping does not include installation or configuration, unless explicitly mentioned
  • Installation services, if required, may be arranged separately at an additional cost

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS
  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link

Delays & Force Majeure

E-vision is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
