Cancellation Policy

At E-vision, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent purchasing experience for our customers. As a leading solution provider of electronic security and safety equipment in India since 2000, we have outlined our Cancellation Policy to clearly explain the terms under which orders can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been shipped
  • Once the order is shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team with their order number and purchase details

Cancellation of Shipped Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to eligibility

Order Cancellation by E-vision

E-vision reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product unavailability or stock limitations
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website
  • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after verification

Cancellation Charges

  • No cancellation charges apply for orders cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable and return terms will apply as per policy
